Xavier Pellicer has opened a new place, this time with his name on it. The menu is loyal to the concept of the now-defunct Céleri: vegetables first, premium local products, intense flavours and subtle cooking. Red meat is a new addition—organic, of course. Spacious, bright interior with high ceilings. The bar seats six and faces the open kitchen, a must for fans of the culinary arts. An adjoining room, El Menjador, is reserved for tasting menus.
