Nandu Jubany has surprised everyone yet again with a proposal based on the product, hence the name. His new venue takes the shape of an amphitheatre, with tables surrounded by light half-moon shaped benches facing a fabulous bar and a busy, open kitchen. Raw products of the highest quality. Fish, seafood and meat without any fanciness, in their utmost essence. What reaches the table is in “its pure state”. Light dishes. Save room for dessert. The Impur bar in the basement completes the experience and is ideal for before or after-dinner drinks. There is sometimes live music. All in all, a must. Pricey. To have a good time.
